Altitude
The Altitude is the angle between the position of the celestial body and the horizontal plan
Azimuth:
The Azimuth is the angle between the position of the celestial body and the South, it is between 0 and +180° to the West side and 0 to -180° to the East side. It is also often measured from the North.
Solar noon:
The solar noon is the time when the Sun’s altitude is highest. It is not at noon, it depends on the exact longitude and also of the equation of time linked with the seasons (the Earth’s orbit is an ellipse)
